When I was little, and refused to go to sleep, my Dad would load me into his pick up truck and drive backroads until I calmed down. As I got older, whenever I feel stressed out or upset about something, I load up my old 1996 Ford F-350 7.3L Diesel Powerstroke and hit the backroads. I know I can't be the only one who does this.
